Card Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction This Card Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and terms for cancelling a payment card on file for our finance products. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
2. Payment Method on File Customers are required to keep a valid payment card on file to pay for subscription, collections and or finance fees and any other fees associated with their account.
3. Cancellation Process If you wish to cancel your subscription or remove the payment card from your account, you can do so by following these steps: a. Log in to your account. b. Navigate to support tab inside your profile. c. Locate support ticket section and send a card cancelation support ticket. d. We will stop the instalments if all the contractual obligations have been met for your account.
4. You will receive notification of your request as its done. a. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. b. You will not be charged for the subsequent billing period thereafter. c. Access to the CRM system and associated services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Refunds and Credits a. We do not provide refunds for our finance options and all contractual obligation must be completed as per the terms and conditions signed for an agreed to by you. b. Any prepaid fees, including the current month’s subscription, are non-refundable.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, we may reinstate your account.
7. Card Updates It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment card information is up to date. If your payment card on file is no longer valid, we may suspend your account until a valid payment method is provided.
8. Contact Information For any questions, concerns, or assistance with card cancellations, please contact our customer support team on our website or you login to your profile and submit a support ticket.
9. Changes to the Policy We reserve the right to update and modify this Card Cancellation Policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to our customers through email or notifications within the CRM system. By using our CRM system and keeping a card on file, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this Card Cancellation Policy. It is your responsibility to review and understand this policy before initiating card cancellations or subscription terminations.
